Why play?
Play is a symbolic way of communicating for children and adults alike. Play allows children to:
· identify feelings and emotions
· practice different roles in life
· develop their physical skills
· find out what they like and do not like
· have fun, relax and enjoy themselves
· express themselves and explore different situations safely
· develop and master new skills

BUT...
Play Therapy is not a quick fix intervention. Please contact me to discuss this further.
